RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General Returns

Gympie Caravan & Rv do not accept online returns due to 'change of mind'. However, for any exchanges, you will be offered a store credit, which you will then apply to the item you wish to exchange for. You will be responsible for all postage costs. Please notify us immediately via email. Once authorised, return your goods to:

Please include the following items with your returned goods:

  1. Copy of your invoice/receipt
  2. Your full name and address
  3. Your day time telephone number
  4. The item in which you wish to exchange for

We will then process your exchange/credit upon receipt and return of goods.
*ALL goods must remain in original packaging and condition, otherwise will not be accpepted.


 

Faulty Goods Returns

If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, this is our responsibility. If a fault or damage is found we will cover all postage costs and send a replacement or offer a full refund. Please notify us immediately via email. Once authorised, return your goods to:

  5. Proof of postage costs

We will then process your exchange upon receipt and reimburse your postage costs.


Important note: We are not responsible for any deliveries or returned goods lost in transit as we advise all parcels to be associated with a tracking no. You must contact Australia Post for any parcels lost in transit.

In order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment in a clean and dry condition free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria and we will return such items back to you. In some cases the manufacturer/supplier may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you. Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

Important note: We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
You may also return items in person at our store. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase with you to allow us to process your credit/exchange.



In-Store Purchases

*All in-store purchases have a 7 day exchange or credit note return policy.  Original receipt must be provided in store at time of exchange/credit.
